Hey there! I’m an IT enthusiast with a BBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Temple University. I love finding creative ways to solve problems and make technology work better for people. My expertise spans IT support, cloud services, troubleshooting, and making sure technology is simple and accessible for everyone.

In my most recent role at a software company, I worked on managing desktop infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting cloud services like M365. I also helped streamline user account management, permissions, and created smooth onboarding programs so new hires could get started without a hitch.

When I’m not busy with tech stuff, you’ll find me working on craft projects or teaching people how to feel more comfortable using technology. I love helping people, especially those not as familiar with computers, learn how to use digital tools—and I’m always excited to show them how AI can make everyday tasks a little easier.
